Street art fascinates me. I recently have taken a large interest into researching blogs, appreciating photo's and documentation of other street artists work.
Physical and 3Dimensional art, that in effect is function-less design, bordering on functional 3D art pieces which are visually exciting and convey a message.
These photos are documenting my work on street art, and an understanding that not everyone appreciates street artists work. After considering these facts, i have been 'Curating'
the work of the authorities.
I have 'tagged' these works with my plaques, that are created specifically to recognise a pattern around the city.

I have suggested that Sheffield City Council are also artists within the city, they are producing similar 'works' to street artists. The Street Force division of SSC have 'cleaned up' walls where street artists and graffiti writers have placed their mark .
The work of Street Force involves painting blocks of coloured paint over the art, which many times is not correctly colour matched to the site in question.
This act which in my view is similar to street artists work, is creating 'boxes' of colours on all different types of walls.
These blocks of colour are creating the visuals that are inherent in street art and breaking up a clean aesthetic of the street, wall or surface.
Look out for them, the exhibition is widespread and out of sight....enjoy.
